Counseling to parents who are not familiar with legislation about a child’s right to education, want to better understand why education is so important, or are confronted by concrete problems such as:

• obstacles to registering their child in kindergarten or school, whatever the reason may be (inability to buy required resources, lack of identity documents or birth certificates, lack of information about enrolling in school, etc.)

• kindergartens or schools that will not accept the registration of a child (no remaining spaces, required fees for uniforms or classroom supplies, etc.)

It is important to be informed. We can work with institutions to help resolve the problems you report.

Notify the authorities of cases

When a child’s right to an education is violated, Telefonul Copilului will send your report to the authorities, with your permission.
